HOW TO SET UP A TANK, condensed verions (retitled)

I am absolutely stuck between these two setups. For the past year I've had my heart set on the Red Sea Max E 170 https://www.bulkreefsupply.com/max-e-170-led-complete-reef-system-red-sea.html BUT I recently just found the SCA 50 Cube EcoTech Edition and feel that may be the best bang for my buck. http://www.scaquariums.com/product-p/sca-50gpnpeco.htm
