how to set up for taking tank shots

any advice on settings for my camera for taking close up photos of coral or fish in my tank would be great.

Give us some model numbers. The number of pixels is the least of our concerns.

It looks like a pretty decent camera. Your minimum focus distance should really help! A tripod will be strictly advised of course. Do you have any specific questions? Read melev's site linked above and come back with any.
