How to treat HLLE in tangs

i got a purple tang in my tank that developed HLLE. he's a voracious eater and swims a lot. but he developed lines in the face. not a pretty sight...ugh...

is this something serious?
is it treatable?
how do we go about treating this?

btw, he shares the tank with a YT and another PT and they're both very healthy

Better diet, vitamens [I use Vita-Chem] and supplements such as Selcon do wonders for this condition..Also Beta Glucan
