How you know that your DT is diease free?

Well I had a velvet outbreak in my DT, Im doing quarantine of the fishes and left the DT fallow for 80 days.

I want to know how I can be sure that my DT is free from all disease? I dont want to go all over again with a fallow period.

Well, short of staining and analyzing water samples under a microscope. You really don't. Follow the proper fallow timelines. You'll be ok.

I agree. Or breaking your tank down and sterilizing it will put 100% confidence in my mind.
