I used to have a pair of jigsaw percs that were 4 months old when they began to host a RBTA, so as far as I am concerned they can't be too young to host a BTA. A carpet anemone is a whole different story. In that case they can easily be eaten by the anemone.
Six weeks is not too young:

I agree they can't be too young to host a BTA.
