How's your Live Rock?

What's the condition of your uncured Marshall Island LR? Do you guys have any pics of the current stock?

Do these rocks generally come "white" like the pics on your site?

Thanks

The Marshall we have right now is very typical for Marshall rock. It's very branchy and open. It has some purple and pink coralline coverage on it, but not as much color as the Kaelini. If color is your main objective, I'd suggest the Kaelini. If you prefer better shape to the rock, Marshall is better for you. The color will come eventually on either rock. I'm sorry but we don't have any pics of the rock that's here right now.

I assume the cured LR comes without any hitchhikers. Between the Kaelini and the Marshall uncured LR, which one comes with more hitchikers.

Actually all of our rock comes with quite a bit of life on it when you receive the cured product. The Kaelini uncured comes in with the most life of any of the rocks, but has about the same, if not just a little more than the Fiji once fully cured, and a bit more than the Marshall as well. I think the shapes of the Marshall are second to none though!

Regarding the Marshall Island liverock, could you tell me how it compares to Pukani liverock? eg. density, shape, etc.

I have a 72g bow front and would like to aquascape it with 2 large islands. How many pounds do you think I would need of MI lr?

Lastly, how much would shipping cost to Viriginia, 22039 (for the amount you suggest)? FedEx vs Airline, etc.

thx
