HUGE thanks to Roger!!!!

I had an issue with my Nano Wavebox making a loud noise after a few emails Roger sent me out a part we thought would fix it. Box still made noise........Heres where Roger shows Tunze usa is seriously a GREAT company.........No questions asked he sends me a NEW wavebox and return lable for the old one!!!!!! Seriously this company is TOP NOTCH! iv had some bad customer service with the "other" popular companys and Roger made this as painless as it could of been!

Heres to you Roger! you are a huge value to Tunze usa keep up the good work! If you ever make it out to Chicago the brews on me!
 
I have to agree, Tunze customer service is top notch. I have a Tunze controller and a few Tunze pumps and Roger has been able to assist me a couple of times. I have no doubt my Tunze equipment was a great purchase. Thanks Tunze.
 
Thank you, but I hesitate to take the praise. In this case I knew about the problem only because a local customer had this issue and brought his by so I saw it first hand. I would probably be more skeptical and at a loss for what to do if this hadn't happened. But, because I had seen the problem you described, I knew how to take care of it. I do get caught not knowing what is the problem and what course to take on occasion and I have the sometimes unpleasant job of balancing looking out for the best interests of the customer as well as ourselves, so I cannot always send a new one and when you see a lot of the repairs I do, it often isn't so cut and dry that it was a manufacturing defect. I appreciate the praise, but please understand that in most cases we still have to get product back for inspection before offering replacement under warranty.
