HUMU HUMU trigger Large white Bumps

I have a Humu Humu trigger with white bumps, but they are only on the top of his head. Only a few 3-4, On his trigger there is a lot of them.
To me it seems that these a callouses from when he sleeps in the rocks. They are hard to the touch. Any Ideas?

They could be . How long has it had them ? did they just show up ?

It didn't have them when i got him but they appeared soon after he was in the tank. doesn't affect his aggressiveness or appetite.
