hwo to make blue xenia bluer

At ORA their blue xenia is suppose to be so blue its almost purple. I purchase some, and in sunlight, great, but under normal tank lighting, 10,000k and 20,000k barely blue (though a very nice cream color with sparkles)

how can I boost the blue?

the wierd thing is at the lfs and then at my house, we placed it under realy high lighting, low lighting, led, blues, whites, etc it still never popped like it does in the sunlight.

Also i cant put a 400watt metal halide on my 12 gallon nano.:beer:

Is their a specific wavelength i should strive for?

i have tried 3,500 k led's 6,000k , and 5,500k.

and sunlight is a mixture of even spectrums that we can not see.
