just saw this at a LFS ... thought Id share a pic as I have never seen this before. ...

I had to step out, think, before buying it .lol

how much is something like this worth ?

yes its supposedly a hybrid lemonpeel. the markings are really nice though.

I agree, I think $200 was very fair. Some hybrid lemonpeels go for much less, but the markings on this one are especially beautiful and unusual.

it looks like it is a lemonpeel/halfblack angel, but that one is one of the nicest i've ever seen, 200 is pretty fair for them, i've seen them for $100 locally but they weren't as nicely colored as that guy great fish

yes I love ken lol great prices ! I saw another hybrid lemonpeel last month in another LFS, markings wernet as nice and it was going for 300 !

There arent any coral safe dwarf angels. They are all iffy and some my not nip for years. Then one day you come home to find munched on corals.

I have seen different varieties around, but this one looked different ... oh well I just hope one day we would have more angelfish we dont see weekly up in Canada ...

it will probably sit for a while. i've noticed a lot of DD $500+ fish sitting for a very long time and they will just end up having to reduce the price by a good bit.

I dunno, the markings on mine are better Id say lol
if that is what sets the price ....
ID hate to know what they go for in Japan ...
