I recently purchased 3 hydra 26 with the director. First off it took me hours to get the director to sync with my network. Once that was done it seems like I'm doing updates continually. Last night it said that my firmware on the lights needed to be updated. I tried about 6 times and it would get to 98% and then say it couldn't complete. The lights would blink on and off. I think I set it to factory where at least now I have 20,40,60,80,100%, but the director is useless. I moved the lights right by the director thinking it may be the signal...nope. Now I have to wait until Tuesday to call them. I'm beyond mad at this moment, drop over 700 and go thru this. Anyone have any advice on getting them up and running? I am only using 2 right now, the other is still in the box.
