Hydrogen Peroxide Dosing

I'm combatting an outbreak of dinos.

It's said dosing hydrogen peroxide can sweep it off

Anyone ever tried in an anemone tank where there's a ritteri, rbta and malu

Are they tolerating or reacting well to the dosing?

Thanks

I use peroxide for spot treatment of Cyano and so far nothing else in my tank has been bothered, including anemones.

I dosed hydrogen peroxide for Dino's and my anemones ( h. Malu and maxi mini's) hated it. Every time I would dose my h. Malu would partially deflate and my maxi minis would stress spawn. I only dosed 1 ml per ten gallons and slowly added it to my sump. The hydrogen peroxide worked well for getting rid of my Dino's but was pretty hard on some of my inverts. Also my coco worm and porcelain crab really did not like the hydrogen peroxide, but they survived.

hey, how long did u dose and did the anemones make it?

It is irritating to them. I suggest just trying to squirt the peroxide on the largest patches of Cyano or whatever you are trying to get rid of. That is to say, instead of putting it in the water, trying and target it, when and if possible. Sometimes this can't be done, I know.
If you put in on your hands or use it as a mouthwash and many people do, you will see that it makes membranes warm and irritated. In low doses, it does not kill tissue most of the time, however.

I'm now still working on it with other means:

more frequent changes of gfo and carbon

wetter skimmer

less feeding

syphon as much as i can

raising alk and ph. my alk was too low and so was ph

the bubbles seem to reduce but the algae seems to grow longer like hair
