hypo or Nox ich

I think my clowns have ich in an early stage and im trying to treat it before i add any more fish. I have 15 gallon qt available for use. I was wondering which would be better. I do have a cleaner shrimp in the main tank but I think NOX Ich is safe anyway. Any sugguestions.

Nox-Ich is for freshwater ich, a totally different organism than saltwater ich.

Hmm, it never used to. Are the active ingredients methylene blue and malachite green?

I did some checking online. The active ingredients are sodium chloride (salt) and malachite green. Both are very effective against freshwater ich, but not against marine ich.
