Hypo/Prazi question and Formalin

What can be done in conjuction with hypo-salinity .009? Can I use PraziPro? Furan 2? Basically, whats a no-no with hypo?

Whats my best source for Formalin? RidIch Plus is 11.52% Formalin. I have old notes that say 3.2 ml/gallon of this as a 30 minute bath. Can anyone confirm this is still, or ever was, correct?

Definate Ich, I think flukes, possible velvet.

Basically I am going to throw every medication that exists at a fish before going back into my tank and from this point forward.
