I am running my qt fish only hypo to cure ich. I have anot her tank and want to move them to that for a while then back to the qt.

How long do I keep them in tank transfer ?

i'm thinking about tank transfer.

like one a week for the four weeks and then in a single tank for another 4 weeks.

if I don't see any signs of disease within three weeks im going to raise the salinity during that time and then i'm going to put in a hospital tank and use melafix treatment.

Then into the dt uh I hate ich.

If you want to do a hypo TTM hybrid you need to move the fish every 72 hours. Otherwise it's just hyposaglinity treatment which, like TTM, only works against ich.
My recommendation as a prophylactic procedure would be a TTM - CP hybrid to rid your new fish of several possible protozoan parasites (ich, velvet, uronema and possibly brook). If you want to kick that up a notch you can also do formalin dips between tanks to be sure brook is taken care of for sure as well.
