Hyposalinity QT tank

Gentlemen,

I have started a nano qt tank since last February. It's salinity has been maintained approximately 1.009~1.010 to date. In order to eliminates Ich on my main fishtank, a couple of clowns and six line wrasse have moved into it. Two clowns are still not a big problem over 6 weeks but wrasse has gone.

If I try to put a powder blue into here, do you see if it is okay? It'd be appreciated if anyone can tell me there's successful treatment with PBT before under hyposalinity.

How big is the nano QT? What do mean the wrasse is gone? Died, disappeared? I would say that since it's a tang I would go with a method that has a better track record.
