I 2 need help with coral id.

I don't usually impulse buy but they were 10 bucks each.
I think one is a mushroom of some kind. The other I have no idea. I've searched lucky charm coral to the Irish luck coral.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. Tidal gardens educated me on recordea corals. Still looking for solid info on alveopora.

i checked my older books on alveopora, one by sprung and one by borneman.

seems to be similar to goniopora for care requirements and hardiness, etc. hardiness didn't sound great, btw.

it was suggested it can accept a decent variety of light conditons and might prefer slower flows, better placed in the lower areas of your tank.

Thanks buddy. They seem to be doing find right now at the sand bed.
Hopefully they thrive even tho I am kind of winging it with corals.
