I hate buffalo's 5mph EZ-Pass limits, half the time the people in front of me stop completely until they see green anyways. The 20mph limit at Transit Rd is much nicer. You don't get as many people stopping completely. There was one incident though at the 20mph transit exit where this idiot stopped completely right in front of me in the middle of the toll and I taped her bumper after skidding to a stop for them. It was probably my fault more cause I was racing to get to AReefCreation. Now I'm much more cautious when people are in front of me.
If you go 20mph or faster in the 5 limit you get a warning, 2nd time you get a fine and 60day suspension. I know cause I'm unfortunately familiar with them. I usually push the limits when no other vehicles are around.
We went to Disney World a few months back and couldn't believe how nice their 55mpm ezpass limits were. They just had a wider lane on the left, worked perfectly. They also didn't have a Red & Green light for people to watch and cause accidents over.
I remember that accident above with the two cars smashed together, it was a case of Extreme Road Rage.
