I am going to be in Mercer Island for a few days any good reef stores?

Check out Saltwater City over by Bellevue. I am a transplant from Florida and while I don't have a tank setup here yet I visited their store and was super impressed with the quality of livestock for a mom and pop looking shop

1) Barrier Reer -- 8 Miles away--South East--- Awesome Tank Nice Frags and service---1717 NE 44th Street Suite A Renton, Washington 98056 Monday-Friday 10am-7pm Saturday 10am-6pm Sunday 12pm-5pm

2) Blue Sierra--- 12 Miles Away-- East --Some Say a bit more pricey But a Really good slighly larger store regardless--90 Front Street South Issaquah, WA 98027 425-392-5360

3) A Red Sea Aquarium-- 21 Miles away--North-- A Nice Cube Tank With Lot's of frags and Plenty of fish Crammed in a small space. Although the address is Seattle on a map it is better known as being Near Shoreline.
17716 15th avenue NE Seattle WA 98155 (206)417-2772 Not open in the a.m. I think only after like 1 or 2 P.M.

4)Saltwater City ---10 Miles Away---North East-- Not Really My Personal Favorites the Quality is good But you'll Pay Top Dollar + ---14150 NE 20th St. Suite F3 Bellevue, WA 98007 (425) 644-7050ý

5) Reef Mystique--37 Miles Away--North-- This guy Really only stocks Larger LPS And lots of Fish He Treats the Fish Only with copper and that weakens them But if they look good in his tank--They are likely gonna live--I bought a wrasse he called a pencil wrasse-- As it grew it became a melanarus I still have it Years later :)
430 91st Ave NE Everett, WA 98205 (425) 335-3247

That's about all that there are around there and north-- I don't know the south area so well But They are Numbered in order of Popularity Locally as I understand things !!

Enjoy :)

There is one more...

You could take a ferry from Mercer to bremmerton Called the shark reef And yes they have a shark in the store-- The guys at times have had some real nice choice corals and at decent rates But it's a ride to get there May be a good idea if you've got the time. If you don't take the ferry you have to drive around the coast of the island making it a long drive.
