These are two of our largest priorities. We stock over 95% of what is advertised on our website. Hence, over 95% of orders received by 5PM EST are shipped out the same day. Keeping customers up to date regarding thier order is a an absolute given. I think perfect is the only standard there is for this. Though we are constantly working on improving this, I think we lead the industry regarding this.

FYI, we get more than half of the orders in between 5 and 6PM EST out the very same day also. This nets us over 90% same day fullfillment for orders in before 6PM. Yes, we are showing off 
. These are important issues as one of the biggest hesitations for customers shopping online is they are not sure when their stuff is going to get to them. Our goal is for our customers to not only take fast ship out times for granted but also to be impressed.
