I am looking for a nice stand and canopy, where should I go?

I would like a nice stand and canopy set up to house metal halides. I don't like the AGA ones.
Any suggestions? I prefer to get a wood one that can match my fire place mantle that is made of wood and is painted white.

Hi dochou,

You may want to check out Aquarium Concepts in Hayward. They are moving soon and they had lots of stuff last time I checked, so they may be lowering prices to save backs during the move. They normally carry lots of nice stands and canopies.

you should check with steve at lucky ocean. the ones from angelo or what ever company they are now look pretty nice. you can pretty much order built to your taste with different finishes and styles. there is also all world marine in san jose that does decent work and is a lot cheaper than angelo and company.

I agree with reefer on a budget. Angelo's (or lack there of) has a good turnaround time, good product, and good price. Not jumping around like and idiot good, but stand back with a little smug smile good.
