I'd say the above answers are right. But there is a small chance it's a spaghetti worm. I haven't seen any with branchy tentacles before, but it's possible. The size is right. And even if it is, they are harmless filter feeders as well. The worm burrows into the sand and leaves the tentacles on the sand's surface to catch bacteria and other tiny food items.
