Here is another shot of him I took today. I have had him for about 7 years since he was a little blue and black baby. I built this tank and system so I could continue to keep him and my other Angels when they started out growing their old 185. They actually do fine with the large SPS's. I actually loose more pieces from my kole tng picking up and moving frags. "Reef Safe" is a relative term. I dont recomend the large Angels for most people as they live a long time and get really big. However, If you are willing to make the comittment in time and equipment then they do very well in an SPS only tank.

I have an Emperor Angel in my 120 SPS only tank and zero problems. Has never nipped at the SPS, my theory is that its like munching on a cement post.

All my fish mouth my corals, especially my tangs. They eat the slime. But this guy takes bites off of the ends of them. Not a lot though and the corals he picks at just grow a lil shorter and stubbier. I have four other Angels in the tank. My Golden Flake is also a pretty serious nipper. Regal , Majestic, and Golden dont botter the SPS much. But they all nip.

From folks I've talked to they may nip here and there but as lonk as y keep them fed it's really the luck of the draw
