i follow/hate laws

does anyone know the laws about selling,keeping(stuff like that) tridcana clams in Hawaii?
no lfs sell them here but if its not ilegal, i wouldnt mind ordering from the internet

doesn't goverment law supercede state law. If i have clams in ohio why can't you have clams in paradise... i mean hawaii.

Because there is no Federal Law stating that reef keeping MUST be allowed in the US. Due to this, Hawaii can set what ever law it feels in this situation. It is not violating or conflicting with a Federal Law. Sorry, but your options are to find another hobby or move.

Tridacna Clams are illegal in Hawaii. Any invert from out of this state is illegal...and any corals period are illegal.
