I got a free tank, want a mantis

It's a small clear for life tank I got for free along with the canopy. Unused. For a mantis, what filtration should I use? Hang on penguin? I have a new one in the box rated for 30 gallons. "free" Also I think this is a 5 gallon. Whats the best and fairly easy to find mantis "hardy" I could have easily in this tank?
Thank you all!

FIltration for such a small tank is a bit of a problem. I think you'll find the best filtration is water movement with Live rock. Also, fissions are junk. You can use it if you want, but they don't do much and are a pain to adjust. You'll want a powerhead with a cover over the imput and about 5-7 pounds of live rock (maybe more depending how dense it is). For a mantis you'll want a N. wennerae. Bullet proof, small and interactive. You can get it from tampabaysaltwater.com for 50$ including shipping.

Good luck

Dan
