Anybody out there in the FVRC want a slightly used and large black and gold reef chromis. This beast has run roughshod over my tank for several years and has finally been captured (he now resides in the sump).
He is a large healthy good-looking fish witha nasty attitude. Great for a fish only set up or a snack for your favorit anemone - I don't care. Just come and get him.

I sure hope you have better luck than I did finding a home for my "Yellow Jaws" yellow damsel. All they did was make fun of my antics trying to get someone to take him!

No offense of course. I can't blame them, and I wouldn't give up either, LOL.

We finally caught him and put him in the fuge. Problem was: the fuge wasn't plumbed in yet and it was still winter. We got one of those cold snaps we ALL love so much, and the temp dropped too low. Yellow Jaws is now somewhere in my back yard.

Well, if I get off my lazy butt anytime soon as get these tanks set up, I'll have plenty of extra space for people's unwanted fish and inverts/whatever, so if there's no takers by the time I'm ready I'll take him off your hands.

This is how I ended up once with 2-6"+ blood parrot cichlids, 3 5"+ silver dollars, one 14" oscar, 3 pacu (8", 9" and about 18")...and currently have a 12" and 14" oscar along with a 14" pleco...I'm a sucker.

Of course, the long-run goal is to have much larger ponds set up somewhere and I'll take these fish still. No reason why they shouldn't be taken care of, just because people are irresponsible...

The above was directed to people who buy humongous fish without doing their research, so don't take that personally! Just off on a little rant!

oy, isn't that the truth. If I had that place I'd clean out the whole front area in front of the salt section and double that section. I really wish they'd give Jeff more competition cuz I do prefer Advanced...
