I was going to wait to post until I got a photo, but he is shy. I have been looking for a world famous Seagrass Wrasse (Novaculichthys Macrolepidotus).

This fish is known to eat the Zoa eating nudibranch.

I mentioned it Brian one time when I was in the shop and within a couple of days I got the message that my new friend was ready for a new home.

I will post a photo as soon as I can capture a good one.

Oh and I will report on the condition of my nudibranch population.

Ah, that's why you got it. I was wondering. Please also let us know how it does with your invert population, especially snails, shrimp, brittle stars, etc. How big is it?

Matt,
It is currently 2.5 inches. I am keeping an eye on it, but right now it keeps hiding in the sand.

Tom,
Will you be at the MARS meeting?

Xia,
I think he had more than one, but I could not say for sure.

Not a very photogenic fish.

He is a hard worker, but he is tearing up my tank. He could be yours for $20. He keeps pulling all the frags off my frag rack.

What sort of frags are they ? Is he going after the frags ? or are they zoa polyps and he is possibly going after unseen nudis ? How is your shrimp and snail population faring ? What other wrasses do you have ? I know that we have monti nudis in our main tank, so we might be interested in picking it up from you, based on it's behaviors, etc :)
