I hate diatoms

Can you post a picture? It will be easier to diagnose. Again I ask... what do you have for a clean up crew? BTW, silicates will just get used up in time.

i have 6 or 7 snails left and one turbo snail. i no its a litttle but snails cost 3 dollers each here in chicago

What kind of snails? Some sand stirrers would help out.

Nassarius snails hide in the sand and eat the detritus in there (unless there is food out or it is night time). It is cool to watch them come out during feeding time like zombies rising from the grave :D

Ceriths go in the sand, on the rocks, and on the glass. I don't mind seeing snails around, so I have a bunch of those.

Try http://reefcleaners.org/. They will ship certain snails priority mail instead of Express so it is affordable. Just got a nice shipment in from them myself.

well the rodi is from a lfs. and my lights are on for 11 hours a day iv tryed the lights out idead but as soon as the lights came back on they all grew back

Bingo. I would have the LFS test the TDS in front of you. If it's anything other than 0 stop buying it. It will probably be cheaper in the long run to purchase an RO/DI unit anyway. Silicates definitely feed diatoms. The only way I know to rid the source water of silicate is to have 0 TDS water after the DI stage. Overtime, with pure water, the diatoms will go away but I would presume it's a water quality issue to begin with. Again as others have posted, a pic would be very helpful. It's hard to diagnose an algae issue without seeing it. :)
