I have baby squid?

Ordered some turtlegrass from the Florida Keys. Awesome! came with about 20 baby serpent stars, shrimps, pods, worms, all kinds of stuff! Not bad for $5 + shipping. Anyhow, with all this stuff I noticed tiny transparent squid looking creature. Too small to photograph with my camers. It kept on putting its tentacles in its mouth, I guess it was feeding. I have seen three of them, one was actually about 1/4 inch attached to live rock. Without seeing it, does anyone have any idea what this is?

They generally crawl like a caterpillar on the rocks with the the 'foot' being the end opposite the tentacles. They haven't been stationary too long. They are feeding by placing one tenatacle into the mouth one at a time.

Upon further research, I think I have medusa worms, it is a form of cucumber. I have only heard of negative things about these guys, only if they die that is. They release some sort of chemical that can wipe out your tank. Mine are small and I may not be able to see them if they have hidden in the rock/sand. Are they that dangerous at this stage of their life cycle. Many people make them out to be some sort 'marine nuclear bomb' waiting to explode.

The shape and behaviour sound like medusas, except the attaching to the rock part. I did not think medusas had that capability. They are gastly creatures indeed.

From browsing TONMO I'm under the impression that squid are all pelagic. You can however find Cuttlefish on reefs.

If you snap a picture of one of these critters and post it on TONMO they can tell you if its a Ceph or not.
