its either aipistia or a feather duster and theres lots of it on my live rocks now the file is 200kb and is super clear and you can see the creatures well but i con;t upload so i can email it to anyone who might be able to help my email is Black_angelic_dragon@hotmail.com if you guys and girls could be of help it would be much apriciated

i read that but heres the problem

the pics have a max size of 50 kb
my pic is 200 kb so im a 150 kb over the size limit BUT the pic is super quality that you can see really well

From what I can see (and God knows I could start using bifocals any time now :D ), the 'heads' seem to be coming from the tubes and have a feathery appearance. An even closer macro shot of just the subjects would be more helpful, if you're able to get one.

Just my 2Ã"šÃ‚¢, but your mystery critters look like featherdusters... harmless filter feeders.
 
yep, featherdusters. Nothing to worry about. I also have some really small ones that form a spiral shaped tube that resembles a rams horn snail. When i saw those before they formed their tube i thought they were aptasia too. The feather dusters are actually a worm that live in the tube and only allow the feathery part to protrude to trap food. Also, you will get a much better picture if you dont use a flash. When you use a flash you will almost always get a glare off the tank. Also try to have the room as dark as you can other than the tank lights.
