Hey, I just got my power back at 7:00 this morning, we were without for 48 hours. Thankfully the flood didn't reach us, we were 6 blocks west of it at it's highest point.
It's really hard to believe the damage that has been done and the people that are out of their homes. I just went and checked on a friends house and they are still surrounded by water. It's going to be a lot of work getting people back into their homes.
anyhow, my tanks are ok. my neighbors had power and they let me run an extension cord over to keep the water running.
