I just purchaced a New ProfiLux... How do I use it :)

I just placed an order for a controller and some extras.

- ProfiLux plus II

- 6 way digital power bar

- Temp & PH probes

- Level sensor

- Two ProfiLuxSimu-L flash Sticks

I down loaded the manual and the software
to try to get a headstart before it gets here.

Can I use the software without the controller to get a
feel for it or must it see a controller to function.

(I have loaded the software but is looks like it wants to see a controller)
