I've been using this place for most of my orders now because it's close by and their customer service is great. If you're having trouble with their customer service, I don't know who you're going through but next time, ask for Brett Baker. This guy has been helping me out almost everyday this week.

i have ordered from them before, and always great service, and wish they were closer, but they are on the west coast and i am on the east coast.
just tired of waiting 4-5 days to get shipments after they're shipped and refuse to pay extra for shipping, so i am forced to order from stores on from the east coast that only take a day maybe 2 tops for shipping.
in my bookmarks for online stores they are in order from closest to farthest, thats how i shop for best price as i go down the line, if i finally get to MD that means they have the best price with faster shipping(with extra cost) , but thats rare.
plus the package just gets to beat up going from coast to coast with any mail carrier.

yeah i can see how that might be a problem if youre on the east coast. i guess i got lucky. im about an hours drive away so i just go pick things up sometimes. its good to know that shipping is free if its over a certain price though
