I may start raising Copepods if anyone is interested

I have been researching starting a copepod culture and making a list of things to buy. I have a small utility room I am converting over to a fish supply/quarantine room. I think this will also be a good place to raise copepods, so my wife doesn't get irritated about all the supplies and equipment every where.

If anyone else is interested in having a constant supply of live food, then maybe we can go in together to purchase supplies and I'll get the culture going. I can let you all know when a culture is ready. I will attempt culturing Tiger Pods.

Ok. It will help having at least one other person to help with initial setup. Would you want to just help get one setup going or are you interested in starting one up as well? We can do one order either way.

Yes, the same tigger pods. You have to check on them daily, so I guess it can be tedious. We can just do one setup for now to see how it goes.

Just under $100, but that also includes a large stock of phyto that will be separated into small cubes and frozen.

this is also a good place for supply`s to start a pod culture. they also have some of the more hardy smaller species. phto & every thing needed to start up
if you guys decide to go this route i would be interested in buying from you after project is up & going
i have not had much luck with tigger pods. im more interested in the smaller species that build up & keep reproducing
