The Manual for the 6000 stream hints that one could get more flexibility with a PVC angled extension - page 7 - I have never seen any threads about it - but maybe there are some. Anyway I went to the hardware store - got 1.5 inch angles that have a very close inner dia with a little adjustment, dremeled out the inside a tiny bit to fit the tunze outflow to get to a friction fit, and otherwise roughed the outside to better allow pretty algae to take hold and am very happy with the results -
it allows me to finally get the stream on the back glass - even after installing the tunze magnet to stream extension part I could not get the angles I wanted.
it allows me to get the stream lower to avoid sucking bubbles and being able to point upward a bit more
