...because if I search I'm sure I will find a thousand diff threads on what to feed a clown. If I'm being honest, my head hurts so I would just rather ask if thats ok?
I have two juvenile tank bred onyx snowflake clowns in my QT. I am only feeding them once a day at night. I am feeding them a little frozen Mysis and some small pellets of New Life Spectrum Marine Fish formula.

Should I be feeding them more? I want them to be healthy, should I be soaking the shrimp in some vitamins or something first? Finally, is there any other kind of food you would recommend I feed them?

Thank you so much for your time

I feed mine around 2-3x a day but I am definitely feeding until they lose interest. On the flip side they have started spawning in less than a year and they seem very content. With over feeding comes algae.

IMO smaller feelings more frequently would benefit them more than once a day. You may also pickup some Selcon and soak the mysis here and there for added nutrition.

my picasso percs like all of the above, they also go nuts for fresh sea scallop, and they really go after Ocean nutrition formula 1 flakes.
a great way to go is one of the mixed reef blends, rods original etc, lots of variety.
mine are spawning 2-3 times a month now...lucky guys, they get busy more than i do!
