I need Flow !!

Hey guys...

I want to go SPS in my tank. Right now, my flow is ok with my 2 802 power heads for my current stock. How much more do I need to improve my flow to have successful sps in my tank (150)?? Any brands/products you recommend?

I use 2 Tunze 6000's with 7095 controller. Plenty of flow in a 150. The 6100's might move sand in a 150. They are built well, great customer service and do a great job. You get what you pay for.

i like my 2 6100 on my 180. agreed with ygwypf. id also say a dart return pump would be a pretty nice setup on a 150. go 1.5" inch and do a loop around the top with 1" (or 3/4") reduction t's or maybe 4 outlets w/ b/h fittings at 1.5" and reduce down to 1" or 3/4" at the last possible piece and or use educators.

Ijust finished athread on the sps forum check it out its called more flow. Anyways here's the basic
1-tunze expensive
2-vortech expensive--------both are top notch
3-seio
4-mj 1200 with mods
for now i got one mj planning to modify it and see how it works it sets me bak about fifty if i don't like it i'm leaning towards 2 vortechs hope it helps!
