Iv found this guy picking at my frogspawn he's pretty long his body is segmented smoothly with thin hairs not alot but quite a bit here's a picture

Looks like a stretched out bristle worm to me. Not sure though.

hitchhiker trap, can buy a reg one from your lfs, before lights out and bait it.

if its just a regular bristle worm, harmless, fireworm is different though

You could try taking a bottle tilting it on the rock and putting food in it that will draw them in and they can't climb out.
