I need to know if someone can mentor me with a new reef set up?

I would really appreciate the expertise of a reefer that can help me from start to finish setting up a small to medium reef tank. As this all new to me I would really appreciate the tutoring. I am a good student!! never skip classes!! Ha Ha Ha !!

You are in a great spot to get Live Rock as well, you are in the right region to get lots of corals as well, I have to get it freighted down to Tasmania!

Well im only new to all this as well.....and i have a good 6m start on you, but I can try to teach you what I have learnt......it's an exciting journey trust me....and fun...lol!

And we stay up late too.....mmm...bed soon though

Why don't you start a new thread on your tank build and that way you could have everyone on reefcentral to mentor you.There is a lot of knowledge on this site and you could take everyones advice and decide on the best setup for you.

Yes an excellent variety of information on here!

Just remember when you are first starting out the overload of information can get a bit much, so just take it slowly ,ask all the questions you need! We are all here to help you through the process and put it into some kind of perspective that you can understand.

Also starting a new Thread on your new tank will get people interested, usually people tag along for the ride and help you through. Something I should have done when I started mine, I will on my next one I recon.
