I think my clownfish has a weight problem!

I have a unmated pair of true Percs, they have been in my 40g breeder for just about 2 and a half years. It seems that one if them, I just realized the other day has a big fat belly. Ill post some pics, what could it be?

It is very odd, when I looked at her today she looked a lot "thinner". Still has a little belly but definitely not like yesterday.
