I think my clowns laid eggs….

So my clowns host the magnetic tank cleaner I have in the tank. Started cleaning the glass today and noticed some eggs attached to it.

Is there anything I can do to try and raise them? Food source would be the most challenging thing for me to provide for them since I don't have a rotifers culture going.

Maybe someone with experience would want the eggs, or be willing to give me some pointers? They are mocha clowns.
