i think this is bad

my tank has a brown film growing across almost everything in it(rocks, coral skeletons, substrate, glass, etc) and it is spreading fast. i have no idea what it is im sorry i have no pictures, but use your imagination a brown slime that is spreading in every direction and fast. Could this be dinoflagella?

Does it have small bubbles onthe surface with wht looks like little hairs?

These are dinoflagellates.

no not dino flagellates, maybe just ugly brown algae, or diatoms

i don't know what i did but the growth seems to be slowing. at the rate is was going it would have covered my tank in a week. i think it was just a diatom bloom. thanx for the help though.
