I just wired all 3 of my Ice Cap 400 watt e-ballasts up (just had one running earlier b/c I was sent a bad ballast) and everything went smoothly for a day, but 20 minutes ago turned on the TV in the room, and blink!!! Everything in room off so I went and threw the circuit and got everything back running but the ballasts arent firing. I have them unplugged now b/c I don't know what to do... Should I leave them alone then re-plug them in??? Or did I fry my ballasts???
