I have 2 IceCap 430-008 revision C ballast with heatsinks and harness. The harness should be fine for a 48" set up depending on where you mount the ballast. I have three 24" bulbs and four New 48" bulbs and eight T5 end caps with stand offs. $225.00 OBO
