Icecap 660 for LEDs?

Does anyone know how to wire up an Icecap660 to run LEDs??

I have one from my old VHO days but it just has wires sticking out of it... No circuit diagram, just colored wire.

Oddly enough it is "possible".. Ballast output is AC though..

If we need to build a bride rectifier to go from high frequency high voltage AC to DC with expensive ST diodes... I'm taking the answer as no.

It's possible, but not worth it.
