Icecap Ballast and ACJr

I have an Icecap 250W MH ballast and am considering buying the ACJr with temp probe and DC8. I know you can't control the Icecap with X10, but is it possible to control it with the DC8?

I've been controlling Icecap MH/HQI ballasts with X10 for about 7 years. What makes you think you cant?

Now I just got a Current SunPod MH hood and it interferes with X10 so I had to order a filter.

Notwithstanding the problem that guy is having, you should have no problem with the ballasts. I just bought the new version of the ballasts within the last year and they work as well. PC ballasts are a different issue.

I have 3 IceCap MH250w on my DC8, works great! Does not through wierd figures on the temp either. Never tried the X10 though. You should have no problems with the DC8 or DC4HD.
