icecap or PFO

hey i was wondering which ballast would better drive either a coralvue reeflux 12k or hamilton 14k bulb better, the icecap electronic ballast or the PFO ballast.... i am kind of leaning towards icecap but i am looking for opinions..thanks in advance

All e-ballasts ( icecap, evc, coravue...) will drive the reeflux bulb much better than PFO in terms of par and colour. I'm currently running Icecap 250w driving the 10K Reeflux bulbs and love the colour.

I don't know about the hamilton 14k.
