Official word came down yesterday.
All production is to cease on Sept 22nd 2007 at the Rolla facility. I might be here as long as December or might be tossed out with the garbage in Sept. depending on the way it all goes down. It was pretty sad. Everyone knew it was coming it just became a reality. I run a crew of 46 people. Over half of them went home after hearing the news. Way I see it China can have it. Looking at my options. I was thinking that I could be capo's understudy? What do you think? Not exactly sure what that is but it's working for him right?

I personally have witnessed him eating neighbors and friends. I don't go to Nooks unless I'm packing a whip, gun and chair. Siegfried and Roy would'nt even attempt to use him in their act!

Damn, Pick! Sorry to hear it....I first heard it yesterday on the news and figured it would be bad. They said that 2 of the 3 motors would still be built here in Potosi, but I thought you would be out of luck
Maybe we can get your countrified butt out of Rolla and into the city of Saint Louis Let me know if I can do anything to help you out, or if you need tips on being the understudy of Capo, then I have a LOT of experience.

It might be harder then you think getting the country out of me. I hear people in St. Louis don't like it when you take a leak off your back porch. That plus I just started getting use to the sound of banjo's playing.

At the end of may I should have a litter of puppies. Would you be interested in puppy sitting for me? I'll also give you a good deal on a playmete for that little toy poddle you own.

The pups I'm expecting are American Bulldogs.
The pups should have some interesting markings. The female is white with two brindle eye patches. The male is just the opposite with most of his body brindle with white on his head. Both dogs are very socialized and 90% of the time they are hamming it up. Female is about 85lbs and the male is about 110lbs.
BTW. I loved the pics of your two dogs the min pin playing with your dobe.

Please remember to post pics of the puppies when they come. They sound like they will be some sharp looking pups.

Thanks! The min pin still thinks he rules the roost...he struts around constantly and bosses Gretchen around. It's kind of sad that my ~70 lb dobe takes orders from a 2 lb min pin, but I guess I'd rather have it that way because the dobe could really do some damage to the little guy.l

Those are beautiful dogs. I would believe their pups will make you proud, and be very hard to let go.
