ich? cant tell need help quick

i have a ocillaris or however u spell it clown fish yellow tang ocean raised percula clown coral beauty 2 scooter blennys and 1 red lip blenny my black clown does go into my long tentacle anenome when lights go off at night altho when i wake up i look at him and he's very stressed out now i am finding white dots on him cant tell if its ich or not non of my other fish have it though

Hi

Could be that the anenome stung him. My black clown took up residency in a long tentacle plate coral and when he first went in there and came out he had white spots on him. They then feel off but left a scar. He now hosts it from the top and does not go in it anymore just hoovers above it.
