Ich fallow, standard deviation -- 6 week success

Tank has been fallow for 4 weeks and fish all did TTM successfully. I was going to go for 10 weeks fallow but I have one fish not doing well in QT tank. It's an angel. My other fish are all fine in the QT.

Question is, I'm tempted to put the angel back in the DT at end of 5th or 6th week otherwise might die.

I read a post that said 4weeks is 84.7% chance of eradication, 5 weeks is 97.7% and 6 weeks is 99.8%. This was posted in 2014 here.

Same poster said in 2011 that 3 weeks is 68% chance, 5 weeks is 95% and 9 weeks is 99.7%.

I basically want about 90% chance given the angels condition. That's great odds! . Is 5 weeks enough?

Also, my ich outbreak was very minimal . Exposure was probably a few days and soon as I saw some white spots on a dorsal fin on a single fish, all fish were moved. So maybe there weren't many tomants to deal with?
